Hello! Frugal here. This is a form letter designed to respond to questions about the password protected download directories. After having lunch with the owner of my server the other day he advised me that the over 60 megs of Survivalist , Patriot, and Firearms files found on the homepage were generating some interesting statistics on his end! In fact, those files were being sent out to the tune of 1/3 to 1/2 gig of bandwidth per day!!!! Ha! Who would have known my little file collection of the past few years would have generated such an interest! And to think I have about 10 megs more I want to put on-line! Hehehe, he would have crapped his pants on that one! (I actually have about 30 more megs I want but can't get
my hands on due to the fact I'd have to call long distance to get them.) But I ramble...

Anyway, I had to come up with a way to reduce the excessive use of his bandwidth. This question I labored over for some time. After all, the files have been available without any restrictions whatsoever for over seven months now. I had only recently taken the files down due to lack of funding from our book sales and our inability to find a sponsor. I wanted to put the files back up but now their availability would have to be somehow restricted. Here is the solution I have come up with - like it or not! The files will, until we receive a sponsor for the page, be available only to homepage contributors. This is what I consider a "homepage contributor:"

	1. Someone who contributes substantially to the information found in the directories by having authoring, editing, or uploading information for download by others.

	2. Someone who contributes to the funding of the homepage by purchasing one of our available book deals found on the homepage.

	3. Someone who sponsores the homepage with cash or check (made out to our Internet server - Carolina Computer Systems. The amount is totally irrelevant but
five bucks would be a nice gesture.

This should substantially reduce the bandwidth problem. If you already meet the above criteria, let me know and I will immediately send you a password. For those that are unable to assist I suggest you hang in there and visit frequently. Why???? Because we have full intention to returning to a no restrictions on download policy as soon as we get a sponsor or this funding problem resolves itself. In the mean time, know that any assistance received by book sales or sponsorship will go towards expanding our library and easing the server crunch! Thanks all, Frugal
